The decision to present with a brand-new stand, completely redesigned in concept and expanded in size, was a winning one. Visitors were able to experience a double preparation area complete with all the latest generation optional features like lifts and IR and UV lamps, along with a fully electric paint booth. Thanks to this “ideal body shop,” the POLIN-AC stand attracted professionals, industry operators, and curious individuals throughout the entire event.

Visitors could see for themselves the complete customization of the product, which goes far beyond space optimization. Customers can choose from a wide range of elements to configure their ideal workstation, aligning with their operational needs and the specificities of their work.

For “spot repair” activities, the DYNAMIC ZONE remains the optimal solution. This versatile and highly sought-after system combines vehicle preparation, primer application, and painting functionalities in a single area. Being able to see it in such an important showcase allowed visitors to fully understand its advantages in terms of efficiency and, especially, a significant reduction in work times, leading to increased productivity. With a constant focus on market demands, a new line of professional mobile dust extractors was also presented. These are designed to complete the range of customizable accessories for the preparation area. These dust and residue extractors were met with curiosity and keen interest as they stand out for their compactness, lightness, maneuverability, and high suction power. To complete the “ideal body shop,” visitors could discover the revamped E-FORCE painting and drying booth. This “full electric” solution from POLIN-AC responds to the latest market trends and offers a high level of customization, including the choice between electric power and hybrid solutions. Our experts’ consultation guided customers in identifying the most convenient solution for them, considering both initial investment and long-term operating costs. E-FORCE features a renewed design and advanced functionalities, including new medium-wave IR lamps, further reduced energy consumption, and high-quality painting results. LASERBLAST is a paint stripping system that uses the power of a high-quality laser, and the demonstration sessions showed the speed and precision of this tool: in approximately 30 seconds, LASERBLAST can precisely strip paint from 5/6 hail dents. The curiosity sparked by describing this product transformed into fervent excitement within seconds: the demos were a great launchpad for this incredible innovation.
