Polin-AC introduces MOVI, the new mobile spray-painting and drying booth designed to offer a concrete answer to companies looking for flexibility, quick installation and uninterrupted production.

Innovation born from listening to the customer

As always at Polin-AC, innovation begins with listening. Even when the needs expressed by our customers go beyond our traditional product range, our goal remains the same: to understand the market’s real operational requirements and turn them into functional, reliable and tailor-made technical solutions.

MOVI was born from precisely this vision. Listening to the market, we picked up on an increasingly clear demand:

• being able to start production even before permanent facilities are completed;
• rapidly increasing production capacity at specific sites when needed;
• responding promptly to market trends without being tied to fixed or invasive solutions.

Transportability, modularity and ready-to-use setup were therefore the key concepts guiding the development of MOVI.

Operational in about two days

The booth is shipped in pre-assembled sections, significantly reducing installation time. Thanks to this configuration, MOVI can be made operational in approximately two days of assembly, giving the customer a ready-to-use, concrete solution that integrates quickly into their production environment.

Flexible installation: indoors or outdoors

A further strength is the ability to install MOVI both inside and outside the plant. The first MOVI prototype has already been officially installed at one of our long-standing customers, where it is currently in operation with excellent results. In this case, the booth was positioned outside, in order to expand production capacity and create a new dedicated work area without interfering with existing indoor spaces.

This choice also made it possible to avoid structural masonry work, building extensions and fixed installations, which would have required lengthy administrative processes and further technical execution time. MOVI thus enabled a faster, more concrete response to the customer’s production needs, significantly reducing the activation time of the new work area.

Modularity: one system, endless configurations

Modularity is one of the project’s most distinctive features. MOVI is not a standard booth: it is a modular system that can be configured according to each customer’s actual needs. It is possible to include:

• modules dedicated to housing the fan unit and technical systems;
• modules configured as paint boxes;
• different operational layouts,

so as to build a complete offering fully aligned with the customer’s production process.

The modular structure also allows for custom lengths and the creation of distinct work zones. In the first prototype installation, for example, two in-line work zones with a double head configuration were created, allowing the customer to preserve their usual way of working.

This is a central aspect of the Polin-AC philosophy: not asking the customer to adapt to the product, but designing a solution that respects and enhances the customer’s own working methods.
