STATIC CURING OVEN

VULKAN is the POLIN-AC industrial static oven designed to ensure efficiency, temperature
uniformity, and maximum adaptability to production requirements.
Thanks to its insulated structure and controlled hot-air distribution, it maintains
uniform conditions throughout the chamber during the entire operating cycle.
Available in a range of sizes and configurations, VULKAN is a customizable, robust, and reliable
solution for drying and heat-treatment processes up to 100 °C.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

1. Stating curing oven – Maximum temperature 100°C.

2. Internal panels made of galvanized sheet metal, with externally pre-painted galvanized sheet metal in white RAL 9010.

3. 60 mm thick rock wool insulation.

4. Panel assembly with high-stability interlocking system, designed to ensure excellent sealing.

5. Front compartment with high-precision steel hinges and gasket seal.

6. Closure system with blind insulated aluminium doors, compliant with applicable standards and openable from both outside and inside the oven.

7. Direct heat exchange generator.

8. Ventilation system with centrifugal fan directly connected to the three-phase electric motor, positioned outside the airflow circuit.

9. Motor with external ventilation and IP55 protection rating.

10. Power and control panel.
